Working Student Data & Analytics (f/m/d)

As a Working Student (Data & Analytics), you will support our commercial analytics and data engineering efforts, helping us optimize data pipelines, develop analytical insights, and enhance digital workflows. Your work will directly contribute to better decision-making in sales, marketing, and business development.

✅ Technical Skills:

Must-have:SQL and Python (for data handling and analytics).Proven experience in independent data analytics projects such as research projects or relevant personal/work projects that showcase analytical skills and interest in data-driven solutions.

Nice-to-have / Learn-on-the-job:Interest in business applications like Dynamics 365 and how data supports the sales funnel & customer journey.Familiarity with tools like Power BI, Power Apps, Microsoft Fabric, or Dataverse.Understanding of data workflows, automation, or DevOps (Jenkins, Redmine, etc.).Solid knowledge in statistical modeling, empirical research, or ML applications.

ETL & Data Processing: Support data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) workflows to ensure structured and reliable datasets.Data Quality & CRM Management: Ensure high-quality CRM data by cleaning duplicates, structuring account lists, and verifying customer records.Data Analytics & Business Intelligence: Work with SQL and Power BI to analyze business data, build dashboards, and present insights that impact commercial strategy.Machine Learning & Advanced Analytics: Support statistical modeling, empirical research, and automation projects, gaining exposure to real-world applications of AI and data science.Business & CRM Understanding: Work with Dynamics 365 data to analyze the sales funnel, customer journeys, and business impact, while collaborating with international teams.

Duration: 6 months, with option to extend
