At Transporeon - A Trimble Company - we are looking for a proactive Working Student in Customer Care to join our team in Krakow. You will have the opportunity to develop your soft skills and become an essential part of a collaborative and supportive team.
You are ready for your transformation if you have:
A communicative, responsible, and proactive attitude.
The ability to use German and English comfortably on a daily basis.
The capacity to manage your work independently.
A strong interest in technology and IT solutions.
A willingness to learn about logistics processes and technical systems.
The confidence to ask questions and take ownership of tasks.
Availability for 20-30 working hours per week.
The commitment to join us for at least one year.

Transform yourself and take responsibility for:
Providing excellent customer care, similar to the tasks of a Customer Care Specialist.
Handling inbound customer inquiries via our ticketing system, phone, and email.
Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer issues are resolved.
Managing written correspondence and, occasionally, client meetings.
Supporting administrative tasks related to customer invoices.
Working on internal tasks and projects to improve our processes.
