In this role you have the opportunity to
shape the voice and visibility of our Medical Office by creating engaging content, driving internal communication campaigns, and coordinating impactful communications that inform, inspire, and connect our teams.
Your role:
Develop, plan, and implement a target-group-oriented communication strategy for the Medical Office
Create compelling content (text, videos, presentations, websites) for internal channels such as the intranet, newsletters, town halls, and management updates
Support in editing Medical Office communication formats
Plan and execute internal communication campaigns (e.g. new initiatives, process changes, systems rollout, maintain platform)
Coordinate and support internal training activities, including scheduling, communication, logistics, follow-up, and feedback evaluation
Great, if you have the following:
Currently studying in the field of communications, media studies, business studies or a comparable field of study
Passion for visual storytelling
Excellent writing and editorial skills with strong awareness of tone, audience, and messaging
Proficient in digital tools such as MS 365 (especially SharePoint, Teams, PowerPoint, Stream)
Fluency in English, German language skills are beneficial

Salary: depending on your previous experience and your current studies, your salary will range between 17.58 €/h and 19.70 €/h
