Role Responsibilities

As a Commercial Marketing Working Student your daily tasks and projects are the following: 

•    Backoffice support in execution of marketing activations & events at key customers:  collaborating with brand teams and KAMs to help prepare relevant creative assets; preparation creative briefing to agency and procurement team; control of timings and deadlines for briefs, projects, tools availability; coordination for events (logistics, tools) 
•    Support in budgeting process to collect and organize expense data, support in monitoring budget compliance, handling and booking of customer invoices 
•    Assisting in preparation of activation performance reports; scorecard data collection and monitoring; gathering and analyzing customer feedback to identify the areas for improvement
•    Creation of internal and external presentations 
•    Project based tasks to support the team

Qualifications

Mandatory requirements:

Currently enrolled in bachelor’s or master’s degree with 12 months of studying ahead Good knowledge of Microsoft office apps: Power Point, Excel, Word Solid level of English and German

 

Additional preferred requirements:

Previous internships / working student experiences, preferably in FMCG Being agile, organized and wanting to make a difference Attention to details, comfortable working with numbers Worked in Marketing teams before Located in the Rhein Main area with the opportunity to work from the office in Frankfurt once a week
