Join us to work as working student within the FIT4 cluster Operations to support on one of ZEISS' key group programs and to drive harmonization and standardization of processes and structures that define the way how ZEISS will work for years to come. You will support the Cluster Operations with activities like: take up organizational topics e.g. for on site events Document creation and changes Analysing topics learning about a major Transformation Programm.

You study Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or a similar field You are interested in project management and agile procedures

You have a basic understanding about processes within operations, which includes development, production and logistics processes as well as supporting processes like quality management

You are interested in the setup and daily work of the FIT4 program

You think and work in structured ways, are good at self-organizing, time and task management 

You are empathic and a great team player

You are fluent in German and also in English
