Job Description

Are you looking for an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a global biopharma company and contribute to meaningful projects from day one? Join our Business Excellence Team at Allergan Aesthetics, part of the AbbVie family, as a working student in CRM & Data Management.

In this role, you will play a key part in optimizing our customer data, improving data quality, and supporting collaboration across teams in Germany and Switzerland. You will have the opportunity to work with international CRM and sales processes, gaining practical experience that can support your future career development.

Your Responsibilities

Review and clean up the CRM database to ensure accurate and up-to-date informationHarmonize CRM and sales systems by matching and verifying customer dataConduct customer research and profiling based on web sourcesSupport the alignment of SharePoint structures between Germany and SwitzerlandPrepare ad-hoc Excel reports and assist with data analysis
Qualifications

Your Profile

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program, ideally in Business Administration, Marketing, Data Management, or a related fieldStrong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detailProficient in Microsoft Office, especially ExcelExcellent German as well as good English communication skillsSelf-motivated, structured, and reliable
