Job DescriptionOperational SupportRecord, analyze, and visualize production parameters and systems.Contribute to defining and updating standards for industrial engineering processes.Collaboration & CommunicationWork with other Bosch factories and central engineering teams.Share insights and ideas to improve processes and reduce costs.Process ImprovementAssist in implementing productivity measurement tools.Support ergonomic improvement initiatives and cost reduction efforts.Training & DocumentationHelp deliver training on ergonomic principles and production standards.Learn and apply industrial engineering tools like MTM.Administrative TasksCollect data and prepare KPI reports.Ensure compliance with CljP procedures.Support PDM (product data management) with SAP updatesAnalyze data and prepare reports regarding CT (Cycle time) using different data sources

QualificationsEducation: You are enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Engineering, Economics, or related fieldsConversational English skills, because you will communicate with our multicultural colleaguesWe are looking for a medium level of Microsoft Office (Excel), because you will be responsible to process input dataInterest in learning about processes from a manufacturing factoryShow willingness for support and administration of the plant ramp-upExpress initiative for learning about the latest trends in technologyBe able to communicate and collaborate with our colleagues from different departmentsPersonal Traits: Organized, results-oriented, and adaptable
