What You'll Do

As a Working Student, you’ll support our Marketing team, particularly in the area of alumni relations. You will gain interesting insights into our work with former employees and the support of our alumni network. Your main focus is the end-to-end alumni journey, with a strong emphasis on marketing-driven touchpoints such as newsletters, event communications, and content creation. In this role, you support the Alumni Relations team in its day-to-day activities and take ownership of all communication- and marketing-related activities.

What You'll Bring

You are enrolled at a (technical) college, ideally in the fields of HR, communication, or business administration, and available to start immediately.You will be an enrolled student for at least another 1.5 years.You ideally have some experience with communication and/or have a background in organizing student networks and events.You can work with data sets (Excel) and already have experience with databases and data management.You have a good command of the software in the MS Office package.Very good German and English language skills round out your profile.You’re an organizational talent, a fast worker, reliable, and structured, and you keep an overview even with multiple projects running in parallel.You have a keen sense of the sensitivity of personal data and information and a strong sense of responsibility in dealing with them.You have a sharp analytical mind and the ability to quickly grasp complex contexts and process them in a comprehensible manner.You are a communicator and know how to best address different audiences.You’re dependable, take on responsibility, and enjoy working in a team.You’re unfailingly friendly and polite in interactions with coworkers and clients.You have strong personal initiative and high-quality standards.

Who You'll Work With

You will be part of the Alumni Relations team in Central Europe, working closely with your colleagues in the Düsseldorf, Munich, Zurich, Prague, Budapest, and Warsaw offices. Your supervisor will help you familiarize yourself with the company and develop further, and you can always draw on the experience of your colleagues.
