Our consultants keep things running for our clients. But who keeps things running for the Group? That’s the job of our Business Management and Operations Team. Become a part of the team and help the Group succeed behind the scenes—whether as Assistant, Receptionist, Facility Staff, Team Lead, or Office Manager.

What You'll Do

As a Working Student on our Administrative Services Team, you will actively support the smooth and efficient day-to-day operations of our office and work closely with our Office Operations and Reception teams. You will be an important point of contact for employees and contribute to a well-organized, professional, and welcoming office environment.

In this role, you will support the team with a broad range of administrative and organizational tasks. This includes maintaining and tracking databases and Excel lists, preparing basic evaluations, and carrying out minor research tasks independently. You will also be involved in internal events, initiatives, and special tasks, supporting the team throughout the entire process—from preparation and coordination to follow-up.

Operational tasks such as handling printing and document requests, keeping shared areas organized, ensuring office supplies are replenished, and supporting general order within the office are naturally part of the role. You will also provide ad hoc support at the reception desk when needed and assist the local admin team with various day-to-day administrative tasks.

From time to time, you will take on clearly defined task packages or smaller projects, which you will manage independently. We value a proactive and hands-on mindset: noticing where support is needed, suggesting improvements, and taking responsibility for tasks to ensure that daily office operations run smoothly and efficiently.
