What You'll Do

A As a dedicated and responsible member of our Recruiting team, you are in charge of managing all student recruitment activities across Budapest, Bucharest and such locations as Serbia, Slovenia, Croatia and Romania.

In this role, you work closely with the respective Hiring Managers to ensure a smooth, efficient, and professional recruitment process. You act as the main point of contact for both candidates and Hiring Managers, overseeing the entire selection process – from job posting and candidate screening to the final hiring decisions. With your structured and service-oriented approach, you ensure an outstanding candidate experience and play a key role in the success of our recruiting team.

 

In addition, you are responsible for the accurate reporting of key recruiting metrics and ensure that all data within the applicant tracking system is up to date and complete. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to and actively shape various recruiting projects – from student recruiting and process optimization to employer branding and event planning.



What You'll Bring

Ongoing College/University Degree in HR subjects or similarInterest in recruiting and assisting the end-to-end interview process for candidatesStrong verbal communication skills; fluency in English AND HungarianComfortable use of Windows, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OutlookHigh attention to details and strong organization skillsResourcefulness and good problem-solving capabilitiesPrevious recruiting experience is a plus
