Job Responsibilities
Workfront Administration
Analyze and understand problems described in tickets or change requests.Independently handle Level‑1 and Level‑2 tickets, including ad‑hoc reportingConfigure and maintain Workfront objects: projects, templates, portfolios, custom forms, queue topics, and request flowsManage user accounts, roles, permissions, and layout templatesCreate, assign, and manage tasks and projects within WorkfrontCreate and optimize reports, dashboards, and text‑mode filters/views to support team and executive insightsEnsure proper routing and escalation of tickets based on priority and SLAPerform QC checks on completed tickets to ensure adherence to standardsDocument and enforce process guidelines, SOPs, and governance standardsTroubleshoot issues in existing and newly developed applications, facilitating durable solutionsSupport Workfront releases by testing and validating new functionalityDevelop calculated fields for data capture and automationIdentify and implement automation opportunities within Workfront (Fusion)Provide onboarding and ongoing training for new and existing usersCreate and maintain user guides, SOPs, and training materialsServe as the primary point of contact for Workfront‑related queries and troubleshootingFollow departmental Standard Operating Procedures and Work InstructionsSupport the manager in maintaining team metrics in “GREEN” statusFusion Automation & IntegrationReporting & AnalyticsTraining & SME Role
Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Workfront Fusion within the organization.Train end-users and provide first-line support for automation and reporting issues.Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Technology
Preferred Qualifications
3 years of experience in Workfront core development1.5 years of experience in tool support, minor development, modifications, and data management in Adobe Workfront and OracleAdditional Job Standards
Ability to develop, test, debug, and document solutionsProvide support for developed solutions and ensure SLA adherenceDevelop dashboards and reports to track project performance and resource allocation.Provide actionable insights to improve workload management and operational efficiency.Ability to independently resolve Level‑1 and Level‑2 ticketsSelf‑motivated, creative, and technically astutePrior exposure to automation opportunities within WorkfrontStrong documentation and SOP creation skills.
