Job Title: Workforce Specialist
Job Description
This position is responsible for supporting the full cycle of pre-boarding, onboarding, employment changes, and offboarding processes. The role ensures a smooth integration of new employees into the organization by preparing letters, managing compliance tasks, facilitating orientation, and providing essential administrative support throughout the onboarding experience. This position rotates across functional areas within Shared Services and the Center of Excellence, including Pre-boarding, Onboarding, Employment Changes, and the Accelerated Response team. It involves adhering to established guidelines, using standardized forms and processes, performing data entry tasks, and maintaining accurate documentation to uphold the integrity of HR systems. Success in this role requires exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Responsibilities
Support the full cycle of pre-boarding, onboarding, employment changes, and offboarding processes.Ensure a smooth integration of new employees into the organization.Prepare letters and manage compliance tasks.Facilitate orientation and provide essential administrative support.Rotate across functional areas within Shared Services and the Center of Excellence.Adhere to established guidelines and use standardized forms and processes.Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate documentation.Essential Skills
Microsoft Office proficiency, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.Experience with human resources administration and onboarding.Ability to manage employee relations and provide administrative support.At least 3 years of experience in a Staffing Coordinator or Human Resources position.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Comprehensive knowledge of HR principles, practices, and standards.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Demonstrated ability to design and implement HR strategies.Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish preferred.Highly dependable and discreet, with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential information.Thorough understanding of current labor regulations and applicable legal requirements.Work Environment
The work environment consists of a standard office setting with flexible working hours from 8 to 5. Overtime work is allowed. The company is growing and has over 1,300 employees, with new facilities recently opened.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $65000.00/yr.
