The consultant will work on requirements analysis, solution design, configuration, implementation and troubleshooting of key Workforce Software functions. This role requires proficiency in Workforce Software as well as knowledge and experience in WFS Configuration, Integration or Interface. **Required technical and professional expertise** * Professional Expertise with Workforce Software Configuration: Hands-on WFS configuration experience in, with a minimum of 2-3 end-to-end implementations from project preparation to go-live as Consultant or Solution Architect. * WFS Modules knowledge: Experience with WFS configuration, interface & integration * WFS Certifications: Holder of WFS certifications **Preferred technical and professional experience** * Experience on other WFS like reports, advance scheduler, etc IBM is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
