Responsibilities

In this role you will wear many hats, but your knowledge will be essential in the following:  

Proficient at utilizing analytical tools to produce and modify reports to provide analytical comparisons of dataCompletes daily, weekly, and end of month reporting on Live Services performance reporting in a detailed, timely, and accurate mannerProvide ad-hoc reports for Live Services related data and analyze data making recommendations to leadershipAnalyze and provide insights on Live Services metrics, Team Member level metrics and category level metrics, identifying trends and alerting appropriate stakeholdersSupports schedule reminders for team members understanding, articulating, and verifying Live Services scheduling practicesMaintain data integrity by identifying, researching, and resolving data quality issues to ensure accurate reporting from all data sources

Qualifications

What you bring to the Personify Health Team:

 

Education and Experience 

Bachelor's degree, or comparable experience  2 years of experience with and proficient with a variety of analytical processes, tools, and approaches

 

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities 

Self-motivated to work independently with minimal supervision Data Insights and Storytelling Experience with Workforce Management software (scheduling, performance tracking, reporting) preferredProduce accurate reports in an easy manner for stakeholdersExperience with tools such as Microsoft Excel and Salesforce

Physical Requirements  

Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.Must communicate information and ideas so others understand. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situationsMust be able to observe details at close range
