The **WFM Real Time Analyst** is responsible for maximizing intra-day performance by monitoring Contact Center agent attendance, productivity, and workforce status. This role requires analyzing data, identifying risks and opportunities, and ensuring corrective actions are taken in a timely manner. The RTA works closely with operations leaders to maintain staffing efficiency and achieve service level goals. **Key Responsibilities** • Monitor real-time employee productivity and schedule adherence • Collaborate with operations leaders to meet KPI targets • Maintain accurate intra-day staffing outlooks and process schedule exceptions • Manage production schedule changes and skill adjustments to address fluctuations • Distribute real-time performance reports to stakeholders, highlighting risks and opportunities • Quickly identify and report issues affecting service levels (e.g., outages, system errors, demand spikes) • Partner with WFM Intraday Management to ensure service continuity • Perform other related duties as assigned **Qualifications** **Education & Experience** • Native Dutch and advanced English are required. • Minimum: High school diploma or equivalent • Preferred: Some college coursework in Business Administration or related field • Preferred: Previous experience in a Contact Center environment **Technical Skills** • Basic computer proficiency (Windows/macOS) • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (data entry, formulas, reporting) • Knowledge of Workforce Management systems (e.g., NICE IEX, Verint, Genesys, CMS) **Soft Skills** • Strong communication and collaboration skills • Analytical and problem-solving ability with high attention to detail • Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment • Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs **Knowledge Areas** • Familiarity with Contact Center metrics (AHT, Calls Handled, Shrinkage, Adherence, Schedule Attainment, etc.) • Understanding of Data Privacy and Compliance standards (GDPR, HIPAA, etc.) • Knowledge of WFM processes (e.g., Outage & Disruption SOP, What-If Analysis) **Work Conditions** • Flexible schedule • Our working hours in Turkey are from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. in summer and from 10:00 a.m. to midnight in winter. • Ability to work remotely or from an office location **Why Join Us?** Opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic contact center environment Gain hands-on experience with global WFM tools and systems Career growth opportunities and professional development support **Ready to take on this challenge?** Apply now and be part of our growing team!
