The Business Analyst II role is store-employee centric and will seek to optimize the utilization of our PSG Retail Store Workforce. The analyst will support the goals of the business and key HR initiatives, as well as source, brainstorm and create/develop solutions based on feedback and data collected internally and from the field. The analyst will then implement those solutions, ensuring successful programs, reporting and functionality that satisfy both stakeholders and users.
The analyst will work with various internal departments to develop, enhance and refine customized workforce reporting to ensure that field management has the necessary data, analysis and programs required to run the business effectively. Most importantly, this role will be primarily focused on supporting one of the PSG Divisions and their district leadership teams, however, will be responsible for collaborating with fellow teammates to ensure effective reporting and efficiencies that can benefit the entire field organization.
