As a Workforce Analyst at Prime Air, you'll dive deep into operational data to optimize our workforce performance and drive efficiency. You'll work independently to analyze trends, develop forecasts, and create meaningful insights that directly impact our business success. This role offers the perfect blend of analytical problem-solving and operational improvement opportunities.
You'll be at the forefront of workforce optimization, leveraging data to make informed decisions while working closely with operations teams. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include analyzing workforce metrics, developing automated reporting solutions, and collaborating with stakeholders to implement process improvements. You'll monitor key performance indicators, conduct root cause analyses, create and maintain dashboards, and present findings to leadership. In this dynamic role, you'll balance multiple priorities while maintaining strict attention to detail, adapt quickly to changing business needs, and maintain high standards of accuracy and quality to enhance operational efficiency.
Key job responsibilities
As a WF Analyst some of your responsibilities will be, but not limited to:
• Analyze operational data to identify trends, patterns, and process improvement opportunities using SQL and visualization tools
• Create and maintain dashboards and performance reports to support data-driven decision making
• Monitor workforce metrics and service level adherence, ensuring accuracy and quality of all analyses
• Drive workforce capacity planning and optimization to achieve operational goals
• Conduct root cause analysis and develop solutions for operational challenges
• Support the development and enhancement of Workforce Management systems and tools
• Partner with operations teams to understand business needs and deliver actionable recommendations
• Present findings and updates to various stakeholders, driving change through clear delivery plans
• Manage multiple priorities while maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy
• Maintain documentation of processes and analyses
• Collaborate with technology teams on system improvements and automation opportunities

Basic Qualifications
• 1+ year of experience in Workforce Management (Capacity planning, scheduling and Real Time Management).
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
• English language proficiency (written and spoken).
• Intermediate expertise in Microsoft Excel (Formulae, Pivot Tables, Power Query, etc.).
• Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
• Knowledge of statistical analysis and forecasting methods.
Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Economics, or related field
• Advanced skills using Microsoft Excel in a business environment
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI, Quicksight, etc)
• 2+ years’ experience in Operations or Contact Center Management.
• Working experience with digital visual content and/or machine learning activities, such as using image/video annotation tools, creating annotation guidelines for visual datasets, etc.
