Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Workforce Administration Specialist to join our Human Resources Operations team.
In this part time hybrid role, you will be responsible for the accurate and efficient management of employee data, local Human Resources reporting, and benefits administration to ensure compliance and a high-quality employee experience.
Our Workforce Administration team is a global function dedicated to maintaining high standards across the employee lifecycle, supporting our people through consistent and effective data management.
What You’ll Do
In this role, you will:
Lead Retained HR Administration: Maintain and organize local employee files and documentation while ensuring full adherence to company policies and data privacy regulations.
Collaborate on Benefits and Lifecycle Management: Partner with internal teams and our outsourcing partners to resolve employee lifecycle cases and manage local benefits programs, including enrollments and terminations.
Ensure Regulatory Compliance: Oversee the preparation and submission of local government reports and manage complex compliance tasks, such as employment-related documentation and the global offboarding process.
What You’ll Bring
The ideal candidate will have:
Experience (ideally 2 years plus) in a Human Resources administrative, data entry, or similar support role.
Strong technical knowledge of Human Resources Information Systems (such as Workday), case management tools (such as ServiceNow), and Google Suite.
Proven ability in handling confidential information with discretion and managing time effectively in a detail-oriented environment.
Full professional proficiency in English and Native German language, with the ability to communicate effectively with both internal stakeholders and external partners.
