Job Summary
Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Workforce Administration Specialist to join our Global Workforce Administration team. In this role, you will be responsible for the accurate management of employee data and the seamless execution of local Human Resources administrative processes throughout the employee lifecycle.

What You’ll Do
In this role, you will:
Manage and maintain precise employee records and physical documentation to ensure full adherence to company policies and data privacy regulations.
Collaborate with internal managers and outsourced Human Resources partners to resolve employee lifecycle cases and deliver high-quality administrative support.
Ensure compliance with local government reporting requirements and internal standards by preparing accurate data submissions and managing termination processes.
What You’ll Bring
The ideal candidate will have:
Foundational experience in a Human Resources administrative, data entry, or similar support-focused role.
Strong knowledge of Human Resources Information Systems, such as Workday, and case management tools like ServiceNow.
Proven ability to handle confidential information with high discretion while maintaining exceptional attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
Full professional proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively across diverse internal teams.
