Workforce Administration Analyst
Job Title: Workforce Administration Analyst

As a Workforce Administration Analyst, you’ll serve as a trusted expert in employee and organizational data, playing a critical role in shaping and maintaining the integrity of our global human capital management (HCM) structures. In this position, you will ensure the accuracy of organizational hierarchies, drive data quality across HR systems, and support the end‑to‑end worker life cycle. Your work will directly influence seamless HR operations, cross‑system integrations, and compliance with global and local regulations.

What You’ll Do

Organizational & Data Management

Maintain and optimize organizational structures and foundational data within Workday, including organizations, positions, jobs, pay groups, and departments.Partner with HR and business leaders to translate complex organizational changes into accurate system configurations.Lead workforce structure updates and support major business transformations, such as reorganizations and workforce reductions.

Data Governance & Compliance

Ensure data accuracy and integrity through controlled data management practices, audits, and adherence to governance standards.Apply country‑specific and local regulatory requirements to ensure compliant employee status changes, data movement, and documentation.Perform severance calculations aligned with local legal and regulatory standards.

Advanced System & Technical Support

Execute sensitive worker data updates, including manual changes and controlled mass uploads (e.g., Workday EIB).Conduct system extracts, testing, and reconciliation activities to maintain global consistency.Troubleshoot escalated issues requiring advanced HCM expertise and provide technical solutions to stakeholders.

Cross‑Functional Partnership

Collaborate with HR Services hubs globally to ensure alignment with HCM standards and best practices.Support international assignment workflows from initiation through completion.Contribute to the HR Service Center knowledgebase with insights, guidance, and documentation.

Customer Support & Service Excellence

Deliver high‑touch, high‑quality customer service aligned with service level expectations.Advise employees, managers, and HRBPs on policies and processes, helping them navigate options and resolve issues.Conduct global ad hoc data research and reporting using advanced reporting tools.What You Bring

Required:

Bachelor’s Degree.Advanced technical expertise in Human Capital Management (HCM) systems.Experience with Workday HCM or SAP HR—ideally involving employee life cycle transactions or HR operations.Strong Excel and data reporting skills.

Preferred:

Knowledge of HR policies, processes, and regional employment laws.Experience in fast‑paced, dynamic, and multi‑country environments.Experience in shared services operations.HR certification (e.g., SHRM, HRCI).Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize in a fast‑moving environment.

This is a Contract position based out of Tampa, FL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $42.86 - $42.86/hr.
