Design workflow solutions at Thermo Fisher Scientific, implementing tailored solutions for customers.Customized Workflow Development: Collaborate with the Lead Sales Development Representative to develop tailored workflow solutions.Stay informed about new technologies and industry trends to propose customer-specific solutions.Complete training programs aligned with customer workflows to ensure the effective use of our solutions.Event Planning and Execution: Coordinate customer events to share the latest technologies and industry advancements.Professional Training Development: Develop and conduct training programs to improve the skills of professionals in the bio/pharmaceutical industry.Laboratory Management: Maintain high standards of operational perfection and safety in the laboratory.

Required Experience/Proficiency

Experience:

Laboratory Experience: Minimum of 3 years of laboratory experience.

Educational Background: Master’s degree or equivalent experience with at least 5 years of related field experience.

Required Coursework: Completion of at least three courses from Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Genetic Engineering, Immunology, Microbiology, Quantitative Analytical Chemistry, Biophysics, Cell Biology, Tissue Engineering, Genetics, Pharmacology, Biomaterials, Physiology. Experience in guiding or training in at least three of these subjects is required.

Essential Skills/Knowledge:

Proficient in essential cell culture techniques, including cell imaging and cell microenvironment control.

Conducting in vitro experiments to evaluate gene efficacy.

Skills in analyzing gene expression and protein levels after gene delivery.

Preferred Skills/Knowledge:

Experience with gene editing tools like CRISPR-Cas9, TALEN, Zinc Finger.

Skills in regulating gene expression using RNA-based techniques like RNAi.

Experience in bio/pharmaceutical development and informative program management.
