About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive, technically skilled Workflow Automation Specialist to design, implement, and maintain automation workflows that streamline our internal processes and enhance productivity. This role combines workflow design, system integration, and automation tools with optional programming and testing skills. You will report directly to senior management and collaborate with multiple teams to identify opportunities for automation.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement automation workflows using n8n (including Browserless integrations) and HubSpot, integrating internal systems and external applications to optimize business processes. Develop browser-based automation scripts using Playwright, Selenium, Puppeteer, or Cypress. Use JavaScript/TypeScript (Python a plus) to simulate user interactions, automate repetitive tasks, and support testing or data extraction as part of these workflows. Integrate APIs and multiple systems to ensure data consistency, improve efficiency, and automate cross-platform workflows. Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize existing automation workflows and scripts to ensure reliability, scalability, and high performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Sales, Marketing, FinTax) to identify automation opportunities and propose innovative solutions. Maintain detailed documentation of workflows, scripts, processes, and integrations. Evaluate, recommend and implement new tools or AI-driven automation technologies to enhance operational efficiency and innovation. Apply best practices in coding, version control, and error handling to ensure maintainable and high-quality automation solutions.


Required Qualifications and Experience:

Demonstrated experience in workflow automation or developer roles with focus on workflow and process automation. Hands-on experience with n8n (including Browserless integrations), HubSpot, Playwright, Selenium, Puppeteer, Cypress. Strong programming/scripting skills: JavaScript/TypeScript preferred; Python a plus. Experience integrating APIs and building end-to-end automated workflows.  Solid understanding of QA/testing frameworks and principles to ensure reliability and performance of automated processes. Exceptional problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently  in a remote, fast-paced environment. Advanced level of English and Spanish is mandatory.
