Beacon Hill Legal is seeking a Workers Compensation Paralegal in Richmond, VA.

This position is fully on-site in downtown Richmond.

Qualified candidates will have 2+ years of experience in workers' comp / insurance defense in a legal setting.

Key responsibilities will include organizing and analyzing medical records, maintaining case files, and drafting correspondence, discovery responses, and pleadings. Also, providing litigation status updates, managing attorney calendars, including scheduling depositions, calls, and mediations.
