What we look for?
We are seeking a Workday Talent Configuration Specialist to support the design, configuration, testing, and maintenance of Workday’s Talent Management modules of our client from the life science and clinical research sector.
We would only be interested in Freelance professionals.
High english level is required.
100% remote from Spain.
Key Responsibilities:
Configure and maintain Workday Talent and Performance modules including performance reviews (annual, mid-year, continuous feedback), goal setting and tracking, talent reviews and calibration, succession planning and readiness metrics as well as skills Cloud, development planning. Design and implement business processes, condition rules, calculated fields, and security roles related to talent. Partner with HR, L&D, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Workday solutions. Provide subject matter expertise on Workday best practices and system capabilities. Develop custom reports, dashboards, and scorecards in Workday to support Talent Analytics. Participate in Workday release management, regression testing, and deployment of new features. Support data loads and configuration using EIBs (Enterprise Interface Builder). Maintain documentation related to configurations, test scripts, and process flows. Provide end-user support and troubleshooting for Talent modules.Mandatory requirements:
4+ years of hands-on experience configuring Workday Talent modules, including Performance & Goals, Succession Planning, Skills Cloud (or Skills Framework) Strong knowledge of Workday Business Processes, Calculated Fields, and Condition Rules.
