About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Workday Talent Configuration Specialist to support the design, configuration, testing, and maintenance of Workday’s Talent Management modules. The ideal candidate will partner with HR, Learning & Development, and business stakeholders to implement scalable and efficient Workday solutions that enhance talent management processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Configure and maintain Workday Talent and Performance modules, including: Performance reviews (annual, mid-year, continuous feedback) Goal setting and tracking Talent reviews and calibration Succession planning and readiness metrics Skills Cloud / Skills Framework and development planning Design and implement business processes, calculated fields, condition rules, and security roles related to talent management. Collaborate with HR, L&D, and business teams to gather requirements and translate them into Workday solutions. Serve as a subject matter expert on Workday best practices, system capabilities, and optimization opportunities. Develop custom reports, dashboards, and scorecards to support Talent Analytics. Participate in Workday release management, regression testing, and deployment of new features. Support data loads and configuration using EIBs (Enterprise Interface Builder). Maintain documentation for configurations, test scripts, and process flows. Provide end-user support and troubleshooting for Talent modules.

Preferred Qualifications:

4+ years of hands-on experience configuring Workday Talent modules, including Performance & Goals, Succession Planning, and Skills Cloud/Skills Framework. Strong knowledge of Workday business processes, calculated fields, condition rules, and security configurations. Experience with Workday reporting, analytics, and dashboard creation. Ability to translate business requirements into scalable Workday solutions. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills. Worksay certification is required
