Work You'll Do As a US Delivery Center Solution Consultant on the team, you will: + Support Workday implementations, upgrades, and optimization projects. + Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into effective Workday solutions. + Configure Workday modules based on client needs, including business process setup, security, reporting, and integrations. + Provide subject matter expertise in Workday Financial Management module (e.g. Capital Projects and Business Assets). + Develop and deliver user training and documentation. + Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, providing ongoing support to clients. + Stay current with Workday updates and new features, recommending enhancements as appropriate. + Participate in project planning, status meetings, and client presentations.
