Therefore, in line with the evolution of the HR operating model, a revamping of Workday security is planned for 2026.
To reinforce our service squad members on the run activities and ensure thorough security reviews, the Workday security specialist will support the team on the run activities.
In order to contribute to the success of the service and improve user satisfaction, the main tasks will be:
Incident Management: Resolve and track incidents related to Workday security, ensuring timely responses and solutions.Authorization Management: Oversee and manage roles, domain and user authorizations to maintain a secure and optimized environment within Workday.Configure Workday Security: Manage role, security group, domain configurationDocumentation Management: Maintain documentation of security processes and configurationCompliance Assurance: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, including SSI and GDPR, to uphold data protection standards and safeguard user information.Knowledge of BP configuration is a bonus.Required Skills and Experience
Technical Skills:
3 years of experience in developing solutions on Workday Security (Workday Studio, Workday Integration, Workday HCM).Proficiency in programming languages: XSLT, Workday Studio, EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder), Workday Web Services (WWS).Strong understanding of Workday architecture and its ecosystem (HCM, Finance, Payroll, etc.).Familiarity with integration systems and APIs.Experience with SQL and database management.Familiarity with version control systems (Git, SVN, etc.) and integrated development environments.Functional Skills:
Understanding of Workday business processes (talent management, human resources, financial management, etc.).Ability to analyze functional requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Interpersonal Skills:
Strong communication skills to work effectively with teams and non-technical stakeholders.Problem-solving skills and the ability to tackle complex technical challenges.Organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet tight deadlines.Ability to work independently while being proactive in suggesting improvements within the team.Qualification & Education:
