Join our team as a Workday Architect and play a critical role in the top-down review and optimisation of our existing Workday Recruiting deployment, and the transformation of our talent acquisition processes through innovative Workday solutions! As a Workday Architect specialising in Recruiting, you will lead the design, configuration, and optimisation of the Recruiting module to support our talent acquisition strategy. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration, scalability, and alignment with business objectives. **Key Responsibilities** + **Workday Recruiting Expertise:** Serve as the subject matter expert for the Workday Recruiting module, providing strategic guidance and technical leadership. + **Solution Design:** Architect and implement Workday Recruiting solutions that enhance candidate experience and streamline hiring processes. + **Configuration:** Configure and optimise the Recruiting module, including job requisitions, candidate workflows, and interview scheduling. + **Integration:** Ensure seamless integration of Workday Recruiting with other Workday modules and external systems, such as applicant tracking systems and onboarding platforms. + **Stakeholder Collaboration:** Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, and IT teams to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions. + **Troubleshooting:** Act as tier 2 support to identify and resolve system issues related to Workday Recruiting, ensuring minimal disruption to hiring operations. + **Continuous Improvement:** Stay updated on Workday Recruiting advancements and recommend automations and enhancements to improve system performance and user experience. **The Person:** You love to learn and grow and be acknowledged for your valuable contributions.
