**The Job:**
Are you an experienced Workday professional with deep expertise in the Workday Recruiting module? Join our team as a Workday Architect and play a critical role in the top-down review and optimisation of our existing Workday Recruiting deployment, and the transformation of our talent acquisition processes through innovative Workday solutions!
As a Workday Architect specialising in Recruiting, you will lead the design, configuration, and optimisation of the Recruiting module to support our talent acquisition strategy. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration, scalability, and alignment with business objectives.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ **Workday Recruiting Expertise:** Serve as the subject matter expert for the Workday Recruiting module, providing strategic guidance and technical leadership.
+ **Solution Design:** Architect and implement Workday Recruiting solutions that enhance candidate experience and streamline hiring processes.
+ **Configuration:** Configure and optimise the Recruiting module, including job requisitions, candidate workflows, and interview scheduling.
+ **Integration:** Ensure seamless integration of Workday Recruiting with other Workday modules and external systems, such as applicant tracking systems and onboarding platforms.
+ **Stakeholder Collaboration:** Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, and IT teams to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
+ **Troubleshooting:** Act as tier 2 support to identify and resolve system issues related to Workday Recruiting, ensuring minimal disruption to hiring operations.
+ **Continuous Improvement:** Stay updated on Workday Recruiting advancements and recommend automations and enhancements to improve system performance and user experience.
**The Person:**

+ **Experience:** Extensive experience as a Workday Architect or similar role, with a proven track record of implementing and optimising global Workday instances with multiple SKUs (e.g. HCM, Recruiting, Learning, Talent and Performance, Benefits, Payroll, etc), with particular expertise and interest in optimising the Recruiting module.
+ **Technical Skills:** Deep knowledge of Workday Recruiting business processes, as well as security, reporting and integration capabilities.
+ **Problem-Solving:** Ability to analyse complex talent acquisition requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
+ **Communication:** Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and present technical concepts clearly.
+ **Certifications:** Workday certifications are highly desirable.
