Our client is seeking a collaborative and technically skilled Workday HCM Architect to join our HR Operations team. This role will focus on designing and optimizing Workday HCM solutions, with expertise in Advanced Compensation, Learning Management System (LMS), and Absence Management modules. As part of a small team, you will help shape scalable and efficient Workday solutions that support our evolving HR strategies.
Job Title: Workday HCM Architect
Location: San Jose, CA- Onsite 5 days/week in office.
Pay Job Type Range: $100- $120 per hour on W2- depending on experience, qualifications
Job Type: 18+ Months Contract
Key Responsibilities:
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, HR Technology, or related field. 7+ years of Workday HCM experience, with hands-on expertise in: Advanced Compensation Learning Management System (LMS) Absence Management Strong understanding of HR processes and data structures.
