Workday Functional ERP Lead - Supply Chain Project Manager

Your job is more than a job

The Functional ERP Lead is responsible for implementing and maintaining system configurations for the assigned area of specialization. Provides advisory services, guidance to management regarding system requirements based on organization resources and needs. Supports organization core users by streamlining or reengineering processes, performing analysis of business processes, improving how those processes function to reduce overall costs. Coordinates the testing efforts of new configurations prior to production, troubleshooting technical issues, and implementing strategies to address problem areas arising from ongoing operational support.

Your every day

Works with organization end users to diagnose and resolve ERP functional issues.Interfaces with the organization implementation partner to help manage the organization’s design, build, and roll out of the new ERP platform in their respective areas.Coordinates the efforts for testing of new configuration prior to production, troubleshooting technical issues, developing and implementing strategies.Manages multiple ERP functional projects and successfully prioritizes multiple support tasks in collaboration with other ERP leads.Assists core users in the preparation, maintenance, updating of data in ERP, and assists functional users with report development or maintenance. Provides references for users by writing, maintaining user documentation, and providing technical system support.Performs quality testing on ERP software solutions and changes.

Your must haves

Required: 5 years of experience in a functional or technical support role in a customer-focused, fast-paced environment with prior experience utilizing various ERP systems and applications.

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS

Required: Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field

A strong commitment and belief in the mission of the organization.Strong understanding and knowledge of Workday business processes.Strong creative problem-solving skills and analytical skills.Exceptional interpersonal skills including the ability to work effectively across functional areas.Experience updating and testing Workday business processes and functional configurations, test plan execution and testing coordination.Demonstrated ability to manage/coordinate multiple projects, successfully prioritize multiple tasks with good judgment and in an effective and productive manner.Strong customer service ethic delivering with a sense of urgency and handling confidential information discreetly.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Strong proficiency with MS Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.Strong written, verbal communications and presentation skills.Strong attention to detail.
