You will utilize your consulting skills, business knowledge, and Workday packaged solution expertise to drive business results through efficient and effective data conversion. Your primary responsibilities will include: • Lead Data Conversion Process: Plan, analyze, scope, design, and implement data conversion projects, including EIB, to meet client expectations and achieve business results. • Conduct Design Sessions: Collaborate with clients to understand their data conversion requirements and design solutions that meet their needs. • Ensure Data Quality: Develop strategies to progressively enhance data quality throughout the conversion process, ensuring accurate and reliable data in the client's Workday environment. • Provide Post-Implementation Support: Offer ongoing support to clients after data conversion, addressing any issues and ensuring smooth operation of their Workday environment. • Manage Rollout: Oversee the rollout of data conversion projects, ensuring timely and successful implementation.
