Analyst, People Technology (Workday)
Location: Medford, OR ideal, open to remote.
Compensation: The full salary range for this position is $50,000-$95,000 annually. The anticipated starting pay is $50,000-90,000 and is determined by factors such as skills, experience, and organizational considerations. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.

The Analyst, People Technology supports the maintenance of the human resources information systems. The Analyst, People Technology will support initiatives aimed at ensuring quality, consistency, and integrity of HR data across all systems, as well as efficient execution of workflows and related business processes. The Analyst, People Technology will assist in developing HR statistical and analytical reporting.
Responsibilities
Innovation and Thought Leadership: Provide thought leadership and innovative technical solutions for new initiatives
System Configuration and Business Analysis: Utilizing agile project management methodologies, manage and configure feature requests within Workday
Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Support team members and stakeholders with technical issues
Business Process Improvement: Improve workflow processes for efficiency and compliance
Data Integrity and Compliance: Adhere to global data privacy legislation, compliance practices and work with stakeholders to ensure data quality
System Releases: Stay up to date on Workday releases and assist in release management
Documentation and Controls: Ensure detailed and accurate documentation accompanies all Workday configuration and processes; including feature documentation and both internal department and business partner job aids
Functional Gap Analysis: Identify functional gaps in existing processes or operations when business needs change and provide solutions
Support and Maintenance: Support critical system maintenance and operational tasks within Workday, ensuring internal customer issues and requests are addressed within documented service level agreements (SLAs)
Demonstrations and Training: Provide demos and trainings to internal team members and stakeholders
Reporting and Data Analytics: Build reports, perform data modeling, data analysis, and reporting in order to provide consumable information, visibility to critical data metrics and insights that can assist data driven decision making
Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and work in a team-driven environment
Additional Projects: Assist as needed with additional project work
Skills and Qualifications
1-3 years of Workday configuration experience preferred
Thoroughness, accuracy and attention to detail
Self- starter and initiative to get things completed timely
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
