Manage the Workday Advanced Compensation implementation project with limited supervision, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives are met. This role involves driving delivery within the team, creating long and short-term plans, setting milestones, allocating resources, and delegating tasks effectively. You will engage with stakeholders to ensure deliverables are met and decisions are made to progress projects, while managing dependencies across tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Lead all aspects of projects to deliver approved business functionality to client.
Define and execute project scope, approach, assumptions, dependencies, risks, and budget.
Collaborate with all stakeholders and dependent projects to develop detailed schedules.
Handle change requests, issue management, risk management, and status reporting.
Manage project budgets, including purchases, contracts, monthly spend, and resource forecasting.
Facilitate purchase requisitions and onboard third-party resources.
Address low-risk issues or scope changes; escalate higher risks to senior team members.
Occasionally develop and deliver presentations to stakeholders.
Methodology Application: Apply or adapt techniques and methodologies to solve project-related challenges.
