We are currently recruiting for a Work Supervisor to be placed in Salindres, close to Aix En-Provence  and would be on a 3 month contract with the possibility of extension. The main function will be to be responsible for supervision of the clearing, earthworks, roadworks, sanitation and safety work on the project

Responsibilities

Brush clearing and pruning work

Earthworks (creation/reconstruction of tracks)

Road and underground works (application of asphalt)

Sanitation work

Safety work (banks, barriers, barriers)

Coordination with the HSE Project Management (AMO)

Integration of contractors (safety reception, PDP/PPSPS)

Strict application of HSESC standards

Implementation of STOP 5, incident management, readiness

Supervision of high-risk activities and equipment inspections

Daily monitoring of work and progress

Monitoring of layout and compliance with plans

Preparation of daily reports

Monitoring of volumes, compaction tests, and measurements

Maintenance of the site log and non-compliance sheets

Scheduling, management, and coordination of the site

Support in bid analysis, construction acceptance, and co-activity management

Skills / Qualifications

 

Engineering degree or equivalent in public works or construction

Excellent HSE knowledge and OHS training

Proficiency in Office Suite and oral and written
