Responsibilities\nManaged and monitor prioritization for Replenishment and Picking\nDo prioritization task for Replenishment, esp. for empty locations with orders\nMaintain Picked face and Replenishment configuration for new SKU's\nPerforms casepick clean-up for Items with no inventory and slow/non-moving\nAnalyze Picking and replenishment prioritization and requirements\nContinuous Improvement implementation\nSupport Casepick Supervisors in achieving the target productivity\nPerforma troubleshooting on short allocations\nEnsures advance availability of stocks to be at CDC for Casepick and Pallet pick requirement\nEnsure on-time closure of shipments at door\nSupport Outbound Supervisors to achieved TTAT target\nPerforms GEMBA and BBS\nConduct RCA and CAPA\nCreates QAR\nReports any Safety, Quality, Security incidents\nBack-up Operations WQP when needed\nRequirements\nGraduate of any 4-year course or program \nExperience in warehouse & logistics industry is an advantage \nExperience in WMS - Prime system and SAP\nHas strong analytical skills\nHas good communication skills\nHas good knowledge on MS Suite \nWillingness to work onsite in LISP 1, Pulo, Cabuyao\n
