Please note there is no relocation for this position. **Required Education, Experience, & Skills** + Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, with four years of applicable experience, OR an Associate's degree with six years of applicable experience, OR the overall equivalent + Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including scheduling, cost control, risk management, and earned value analysis + Possess an advanced level of understanding of EVMS + Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and drive consensus with diverse stakeholders and internal customers + Presentation experience + Ability to multi-task and perform in a dynamic, complex, fast paced, changing engineering and manufacturing environment + Ability to perform effectively and independently with good time management skills, under minimal supervision + Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically + Computer skills to include Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel + While a remote role, must be a reasonable driving commute from York, PA or Sterling Heights, MI. Please note there is no relocation benefit for this position. **Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills** + Proposal estimating background or exposure to Basis of Estimates (BOE s) + Advanced Microsoft M365 skillset, including optimizing SharePoint Online and Teams, as well as developing and automating workflows using Power Automate, Power Apps, and advanced Excel capabilities + Proficiency in EVMS tools and software, such as Deltek s Open Plan and Cobra, Primavera, and/or PM Compass + Defense contracting / manufacturing experience **Pay Information** Full-Time Salary Range: $86460 - $146982 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
