The role:
We are looking for a data driven, confident decision maker to join our team working in the Service Improvement team, as an Analyst. You will be responsible for providing all senior stakeholders with regular and ad hoc reports, analysing service performance, producing reports, and providing insights that help improve operations across the business.
What you will take on:
Create reports for all service related metrics across NDL, & hold weekly conversations with relevant stakeholders.Picking up any ad hoc queries relating to service, ensuring solutions are found.Reviewing and reporting on team member error rates. Compiling the weekly service pack, consisting of service levels across all departments & highlighting improvement opportunities. Automating tasks through formulas, queries or scripts wherever possible to reduce repetitive manual tasksProviding senior stakeholders from all departments with data and analytical insights that help make key decisions across the business.Ability to engage with stakeholders, and build strong working relationshipsSound knowledge of all management policies for warehouse operativesStrengthening the analysis and reporting of current service data to support decision making around service initiatives.Create Service Snapshot dashboard report for each team on site. Support managers with ad hoc data requirements.
