Responsibilities:

Hands-on training with experienced pallet builders, saw operators, and forklift mentors.Learn how to handle, sort, and process lumber used in pallet construction and repair.A clean, safety-driven facility built around teamwork and efficient production.Opportunities for advancement into lead pallet builder, machine operator, forklift specialist, or production supervisor roles.Competitive pay, consistent hours, and long-term stability within a growing industry.
