Job Description:
Examine incoming wood units for damage or wearUse hand and power tools (such as hammers, nail guns, and pry bars) to perform repairsReplace damaged boards and components with new materialsSort and stack finished units by size and typeKeep the work area clean and organizedFollow safety standards and meet daily production targets

Responsibilities:

Experience in general repair, carpentry, or construction (preferred but not required)Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor for extended periodsFamiliarity with basic hand tools and shop equipmentStrong attention to detail and a good work ethicAbility to follow instructions and work as part of a teamReliable attendance and transportation

Education: No Requirements
