As a Women’s Health Grant Program Specialist at MercyOne, you will Provide navigation and community education for community services to enrollees; submit data to the state and county Public Health office for Breast and Cervical Cancer Early Detection Program, Komen and WISEWOMAN programs. Provide client case management related to breast and cervical cancer and cardiovascular interventions. Must write applications and grants for all applicable grants. Must write and submit semi-annual and annual progress and year-end reports for all grants. Train, coordinate and plan Grant program's support staff. Connect to community resources. Conduct outreach to create awareness in Clinton, Jackson, and Scott counties.

Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experienceField OF Study: Social Work, Human Services or related healthcare background.Training Preferred: Bachelor's Degree; outpatient care and supervisory experience.Experience: More than 3 years experience required.InterpersonalSkills: Interaction is with a variety of people inside or outside the organization. Communications are often difficult or stressful in nature. Contact with others involves complex, detailed and often sensitive topics. The job requires a high degree of interpersonal skills to deal with a range of complicated problem situations.
