The University of Southern Maine seeks applicants for the temporary position of Women’s Basketball Assistant Coach on the Gorham Campus. Core Duties: + Assist the head coach with all coaching duties; including planning and implementation of practice plans, scouting reports, game plans, and film breakdown as assigned by the head coach. + Assist the head coach in developing, instructing, and teaching scholar-athletes fundamentals, technique, and strategy to motivate high level performance from individuals and, collectively, as a team. + Assist with home and away game preparation and strategy, prepare for opponents, assist with team travel. This is a part-time temporary position that will compensate up to $1,000 for the season and may vary depending on the selected candidate's availability and time commitment.
