**Description:**
+ Responsible for the food preparation process in daily operations to ensure compliance with hotel standards.
+ Ensure the cleanliness of the work area, food storage methods, handling procedures, and cleanliness of utensils.
+ Responsible for ordering quantities of materials and production in the kitchen department daily to ensure adequate food supply.
+ Assist in the preparation of various food items in the kitchen department, including portion arrangements, material handling procedures, preparing containers, and cleaning utensils.
+ Assist in the production of required food items daily according to company procedures and instructions.
+ Adhere to the hotel's health and safety guidelines.
+ Perform any duties assigned by the Management Team deemed necessary.
**Qualifications:**
+ Knowledge of food hygiene and food safety management systems (HACCP).
+ Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
+ Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on culinary excellence
+ Able to work independently
+ Familiarity with kitchen operations
+ Able to work under pressure, in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
+ Minimum 1 - 5 years of experience in hotel industry with similar positions.
