A boutique wealth management firm located in the heart of Walnut Creek, CA, is seeking a dedicated and personable Client Service Associate to join its growing team. This firm is known for delivering highly personalized financial advice to a select group of clients, with a strong emphasis on relationship-building, integrity, and long-term success. Position Overview
The Client Service Associate will serve as a key liaison between clients and advisors, ensuring a seamless and exceptional client experience. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment and is passionate about helping others. The successful candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
+ Assist clients with beneficiary updates, wire transfers, and rollover requests.
+ Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide support across a range of financial services.
+ Facilitate smooth onboarding for new clients and maintain strong, ongoing relationships with existing ones.
+ Prepare and process client transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and account updates.
+ Collaborate with financial advisors to ensure client needs are met and aligned with their financial plans.
+ Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the firm’s CRM system (Salesforce).
+ Follow up on pending client requests and ensure timely resolution.
+ Uphold confidentiality and security of client information.
+ Provide administrative support, including preparing reports, presentations, and client-facing materials.

Requirements
Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s degree required.
+ 2+ years of experience in client service, preferably within wealth management or financial services.
+ Familiarity with broker-dealer platforms; experience with LPL is strongly preferred.
+ Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
+ Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
+ Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage client needs efficiently.
+ Commitment to punctuality, reliability, and client-first service.
Preferred Skills
+ Experience in a financial or wealth management firm.
+ Knowledge of financial products and services.
+ FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses preferred but not required.
+ Bilingual abilities are a plus.
