Kforce is immediately seeking an experienced Wireless Engineer in support of our enterprise telecommunications and mass media client based in Greenwood Village,CO. Responsibilities: * Designs, deploys, and optimizes wireless networks to ensure performance at or above operational thresholds * Continuously monitors network KPIs using both in-house built dashboards and OEM developed network management systems, drive test collected data and subscriber experience information to identify performance improvements and implement solutions and network changes to improve coverage, latency, throughput and overall customer experience * Routinely audits network configuration parameters to identify optimization opportunities deviations from predefined golden parameters * Works with the cross-functional engineering and operations team to troubleshoot network problems * Reviews data to assist with determining issues root cause and resolution steps * Addresses customer and employee service experience issues
