Job Title: Wire Harness TechnicianJob Description

As a Wire Harness Technician, you will be responsible for building custom harnessing, which includes cutting, stripping, crimping, soldering, and terminating based on wire diagrams. Your role will involve wire harness assembly and interpreting wiring schematics and drawings.

ResponsibilitiesBuild custom wire harnesses by cutting, stripping, crimping, soldering, and terminating based on wire diagrams.Assemble wire harnesses and PCBAs ensuring precision and adherence to specifications.Interpret wiring schematics and drawings to accurately construct wire harnesses.Work with military circular connectors and ensure test boxes are safe to mate before transferring to the next department.Utilize various fasteners and fastening tools for assembly purposes.Essential SkillsProficiency in wire harness assembly and wiring schematics.Expertise in soldering, crimping, and terminating wires.Experience in interpreting drawings and diagrams for harness construction.Additional Skills & Qualifications5 years of experience as a wire harness technician or master technician.Experience with Molex wire harnesses and avionic systems is a plus.Knowledge of vehicle manufacturing processes.Ability to lift 50 lbs unassisted.Experience in test fixture and harness build.Why Work Here?

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $37.00 - $37.00/hr.
