**Job Description: Wire Harness Technician** **Description** As a **Wire Harness Technician** , you will play a critical role in the assembly and integration of electrical harnesses that power Relativity’s launch vehicles. You’ll work hands-on with cutting-edge aerospace hardware, ensuring that electrical systems meet the highest standards of reliability and performance. **Key Responsibilities** + Fabricate, assemble, and install wire harnesses for launch vehicle systems. + Read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and work instructions. + Perform crimping, soldering, splicing, and connector assembly with precision. + Route, secure, and terminate wiring in accordance with aerospace standards. + Conduct continuity checks, insulation resistance tests, and quality inspections. + Collaborate with engineers and other technicians to resolve technical issues. + Maintain accurate documentation of work performed and materials used. + Ensure compliance with safety protocols and cleanroom practices. **Qualifications** + 2+ years of experience in wire harness assembly, preferably in aerospace or automotive industries. + Proficiency with hand tools, crimping equipment, and soldering techniques. + Strong ability to interpret technical drawings and electrical schematics. + Familiarity with IPC/WHMA-A-620 standards (preferred). + Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality. + Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + 5 years of experience as a wire harness technician or master technician + Molex wire harness experience - not required + Avionics Technician experience + Vehicle Manufacturing + Test fixture build and harness build experience **Experience Level** Intermediate Level - Expert Level **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Long Beach, CA. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $37.00 - $37.00/hr.
