Wire Harness Technician
**Job Title: Wire Harness Technician** **Job Description** We are seeking an Avionics Harness Technician to join our team in the design and construction of artificial-gravity, human-rated space stations. This role is vital for constructing wire cables and performing PCB assembly rework, as well as assembling and testing electro-mechanical units using D3899 connectors. **Responsibilities** + Construct wire cables for space stations. + Perform PCB assembly rework. + Assemble and test electro-mechanical units. + Utilize D3899 connectors for wire harnessing. **Essential Skills** + 5 years of experience using mechanical and electronics hand tools. + 3 years of experience manufacturing wire harnesses with D3899 connectors. + Proficiency in reading wiring diagrams and schematics. + Ability to use DMM and oscilloscopes. + Familiarity with NASA STD 8739.4, IPC-620, J-STD-001 standards. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Soldering PCBAs is a plus. + Experience in performing dead-bugging. + Expertise in manufacturing and repairing intricate testing systems. **Why Work Here?** Join a company that values its employees with benefits like company-paid snacks, drinks, and lunches, and regular catered events.
