Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in electrical components, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join their team as a Wire Harness Final Assembly Technician. In this role, you will be an integral part of the production department, supporting the assembly of high-quality wire harnesses that meet strict standards. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a collaborative mindset, aligning seamlessly with the company's commitment to quality and teamwork.

**What's the Job?**
+ Identify and address non-conformities in products and materials with precision and care.
+ Read and interpret detailed product prints and wiring diagrams accurately.
+ Manipulate small parts and components frequently, ensuring proper assembly and quality standards.
+ Lift up to 25lbs occasionally to support assembly tasks.
+ Work effectively with team members, communicate clearly, and accept constructive feedback to improve performance.
**What's Needed?**
+ Ability to read extremely small fine print on wires and product prints.
+ Strong attention to detail and ability to identify non-conformities.
+ Physical stamina to stand for 8 hours and work overtime as required.
+ Ability to work weekends and overtime when necessary to meet production deadlines.
+ Effective communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
