We are seeking a skilled Wire Harness Assembler to join our team. You will play a critical role in assembling individual components into control systems and wiring harnesses, ensuring quality and precision in every task.
ResponsibilitiesRead and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and bills of material.Assemble individual components into control systems and wiring harnesses.Perform basic fabrication using hand tools such as wire crimpers and wire strippers.Label and organize parts for assembly.Assist with inventory control and packaging of completed systems.Prepare and reconcile shipping documents and UPS packages.Essential SkillsAbility to interpret technical drawings and schematics.Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail.Experience with hand tools and basic assembly processes.Additional Skills & QualificationsPrevious electronics or mechanical assembly experience is a plus.Why Work Here?Join a company with a trusted name in detention equipment, systems, and controls since 1945. Work EnvironmentWork primarily involves manual assembly, with 80% sitting and 20% standing. The role requires extensive use of hand tools, so comfort with working with hands all day is essential. Enjoy a climate-controlled environment, working alongside a small, friendly team. The schedule is Monday to Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $16.00 - $23.00/hr.
