What You’ll Do:

Interpret detailed diagrams and wire lists to assemble wire harnesses accurately.Select appropriate wires based on color, markings, and length specifications.Route and tie wires securely on harness boards to meet design standards.Perform soldering and crimping to attach wire ends using specialized tools.Apply sealants and conduct continuity tests to ensure reliable performance.Carry out thorough visual and dimensional inspections to maintain quality.

What We’re Looking For:

Prior experience in wire harness assembly is highly preferred.Strong mechanical aptitude, steady hand dexterity, and solid basic math skills.IPC Certification and J Standard soldering experience are advantageous.Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 pounds.This is more than just a job—it’s an opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge aerospace projects while building a career with a company that values excellence and growth.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
